    The property was stylish with attentive and pleasant staff from the security guard at the parking area, I appreciated the stay. The rooms were impressive and huge and the beds were extremely comfy. I stayed here for a trip and will be back.

    Amazing staff, great services, and strategic location right by transport and first class shopping malls as well as shopping malls like Pavilion, Lot10, Bukit Bintang Plaza & KLCC. Satisfactory breakfast, delicious food. Efficient check-in and late check-out, parking on-site. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

    The size of the suite

    There is a lack of supervision at the pool because many children who do not respect the rules and quietness of the pool. I was forced to be a policeman myself. It is unpleasant.

    I had a wonderful 5-night stay where I enjoyed a great massage at the spa and had a refreshing time by the outdoor pool. The room was cozy, though the shower had some water leaking issues that were quickly fixed. Don't miss the breakfast buffet. the variety is amazing! 🌟

    Nice place, but a few hiccups.

    So we checked in and the room wasn't ready right at 3, a bummer. Waited 45 mins. Food at the lobby restaurant took forever too. But once we got to our spacious room with a tiny kitchen and nice bathrooms, it felt way better. Breakfast was good, tho! Just wished service was quicker.
